What we do
We look after rented flats on behalf of their owners: finding and verifying tenants, handling agreements, collecting rent and fixing repairs. We are not a brokerage. A broker's job ends at the deal. Ours starts there.
Two promises to owners
- Zero brokerage. No commission when we find your tenant. You keep your full first month's rent.
- Zero maintenance. Routine repairs are covered by our Zero Maintenance guarantee, at no cost to owners.
How we work with tenants
Most of our tenants are young professionals. Homes are cleaned, checked and repaired before they move in, and every request goes to one place: RentRo. Tenants never receive an owner's phone number. For anything they need from their owner, we take it up for them.
Clear records for owners
Owners get their own login to the RentRo portal, where they can see their flats, which are rented or vacant, and the details and agreement of the tenant in each rented flat. Tenant details are visible only to the owner and to RentRo.
